Co-Founder, Altyaa

I am the Co-Founder of Altyaa.ai and Co-Founder and CEO of Exordiom, where I work with technology leaders to accelerate growth through stronger go-to-market execution, AI adoption, and access to highly skilled global talent.

Over the past three decades, I have had the opportunity to help build, scale, and transform technology companies including PTC, Zuora, Checkr, and Pindrop. Along the way, I have served as President, Chief Business Officer, Chief Operating Officer, board member, advisor, and operator—giving me a front-row seat to the challenges companies face as they move from strategy to execution and from growth to scale.

Over the last two years, I have spent much of my time learning, experimenting with, and applying AI across go-to-market and other business functions. My focus has been practical: understanding how AI can change the way companies market, sell, serve customers, manage their reputation, create content, and compete for visibility—not simply by adding AI tools, but by redesigning workflows around what AI now makes possible.

This work has also shaped my interest in how AI is transforming the way customers discover, evaluate, and choose businesses. Search is evolving beyond traditional Google results. Customer reviews, social platforms, local presence, reputation signals, and increasingly AI-powered discovery engines are becoming interconnected parts of the buying journey.

At Altyaa.ai, I focus on these changes and on how businesses can use AI to strengthen their online reputation, learn from customer feedback, improve digital visibility, create more relevant content, and turn their reputation into a measurable growth engine.

Through the Altyaa.ai blog, I share practical perspectives on AI, reputation management, customer experience, local search, social media, AI-driven discovery, go-to-market strategy, and the evolving ways businesses will attract and retain customers.

My goal is simple: to translate rapid changes in AI and digital behavior into practical ideas that business owners and leaders can use to build stronger brands, earn customer trust, and grow.

What is the best AI content creation tool for small businesses?

There is no single best one. These tools split into five jobs — writing, design, video, publishing, and drafting the work for your approval — and most single-location owners need one or two. An honest comparison of ten tools, with published prices for nine of the ten.

What Are Social Media Content Pillars?

How Do I Create a Social Media Strategy for a Small Business?

A social media strategy for a small business is five decisions, not a content calendar — who you talk to, where they actually are, three kinds of posts, a rhythm you can hold in your slowest week, and who answers. You can write all five on one page in an afternoon.
