CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice

California consumer privacy rights and how to exercise them

Effective date: December 1, 2025

This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA/CPRA") Privacy Notice applies to California residents who interact with Altyaa LLC and supplements the Altyaa Privacy Policy. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, your rights, and how to submit a request.

Categories of personal information we collect

Identifiers — name, email address, business name, hashed login information, IP address, and unique user identifiers.

Commercial information — subscription plan, billing status and payment metadata (processed via Stripe), and user actions within the platform.

Internet/device information — browser type, device type, IP address, and usage analytics.

User-generated content — review response templates, social post drafts, AI-generated outputs, and photos and videos uploaded for posting or branding.

Third-party integration data — when you connect Google, Meta, or TikTok, we may receive business profile details, page IDs, connected account identifiers, and publishing metadata.

We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers (Stripe stores all payment data), sensitive personal information unless voluntarily provided, or geolocation beyond IP-based region detection.

What we do with your personal information

We use personal information to operate the platform, process subscriptions through Stripe, connect to and publish on social accounts you authorize, generate AI-assisted content, store photos and videos for posting, monitor performance and detect abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or sell or share uploaded photos or videos.

Categories of personal information disclosed

In the past 12 months, Altyaa has disclosed personal information only to service providers (hosting and infrastructure, email systems, AI processing, analytics, and Stripe) who are contractually restricted to delivering services to Altyaa, and to third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) only as needed to publish content or access insights as directed by you.

Your CCPA/CPRA rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, restrict the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Altyaa does not sell or share personal information as defined under CPRA, and does not use sensitive personal information for any purpose requiring restriction rights.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your full name, the email address associated with your Altyaa account, and an optional phone number for verification. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension. To protect privacy, we may request additional identifying information and verify account ownership; unverifiable requests may be denied.

Authorized agents

California residents may appoint an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. Agents must provide written authorization signed by the consumer or legal documentation proving authority, and we may still request direct confirmation from the consumer.

Updates to this notice

We may update this Notice periodically. Material updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.
