At Altyaa we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the methods described below.
Your data deletion rights
Under various privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion:
- GDPR (EU/EEA): Right to erasure (Article 17) — see our GDPR statement.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to delete personal information — see our CCPA/CPRA notice.
- Meta Platform Terms: Right to have your Platform Data deleted within 30 days.
How to request data deletion
You can request deletion through any of the following methods.
1. Through your dashboard (recommended)
If you have an Altyaa account, the fastest way to delete your data is from your Profile page (in the cockpit account menu, under "Account"). Scroll to the "Danger zone" and click "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account and associated data.
2. Through Meta (Facebook) settings
If you connected your Meta account, you can trigger deletion directly through Facebook: go to Settings > Security and login > Apps and websites, find Altyaa in your active apps, and click "Remove". Removing the app sends Altyaa a data-deletion callback and returns a confirmation code and a status URL where you can track the request.
3. Email request
You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account, describing what you would like deleted (Meta Platform Data only, or all data and account). We will confirm by email and process your request within 30 days.
