This Cookie Policy explains how Altyaa uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to keep the product secure, remember preferences, measure usage, and support connected business workflows. This includes first-party cookies set by us and third-party cookies set by Meta and other partners.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies and local storage keep users signed in, protect sessions, remember security choices, route requests, and preserve organization context. These are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled through the in-app preference controls.
Preference storage
Preference storage may remember theme, language, dismissed banners, filter selections, and cockpit UI state. These values improve repeat use of the workspace and do not grant access to another organization's data.
Analytics cookies
If analytics are enabled, the service may use privacy-conscious analytics cookies or equivalent client identifiers to understand product usage, diagnose broken flows, and improve onboarding. The service honors consent requirements that apply in the user's jurisdiction.
Meta integration cookies
As part of our integration with Meta Platform Services, authentication cookies are set when you use "Login with Facebook" to verify your identity and maintain your session, and we may use the Meta Pixel to understand how business owners interact with our pages. The following standard Meta cookies may be set:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta | Identifies browsers for advertising and site analytics. | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta | Tracks the last click-through from a Facebook ad. | 90 days |
datr / sb | Meta | Security and browser identification during Login. | 2 years |
Third-party platform cookies
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, payment processors, and other external services may set their own cookies during OAuth, embedded checkout, or provider-hosted flows. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own policy and consent surfaces.
Managing cookies
Where a consent banner is enabled, you can accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies so that only strictly necessary cookies remain active. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, organization switching, billing flows, or the "Login with Facebook" feature from working correctly.
