At Altyaa LLC, we recognize the value of integrating artificial intelligence ("AI") into our reputation management and social media automation platform. AI enhances the speed and efficiency of content creation, sentiment analysis, and customer engagement — however, AI is a feature, not a replacement, for human decision-making. This AI Policy establishes the rules, expectations, and ethical standards for the responsible use of AI across Altyaa's workforce, contractors, clients, and partners.
Ethical principles
Transparency — we inform clients and partners when AI features are used and disclose the categories of data used by AI models.
Fairness and bias mitigation — we regularly evaluate AI outputs for potential biases and address identified risks promptly.
Human oversight — AI tools assist with recommendations, content generation, and automation, but clients always retain full control. AI outputs should be reviewed, edited, or approved by the client before posting or publishing.
Privacy and security — all processing complies with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable laws, and we use only enterprise-grade AI providers that do not use client data to train their models.
Use of data in AI systems
Altyaa does not use raw client data — reviews, customer information, social posts, analytics, photos, or videos — to train AI models. All third-party AI providers must contractually prohibit data use for model training and must use encryption, access controls, and enterprise-grade security. Media files uploaded for content creation may be processed privately and securely to generate outputs but are never used to train models or shared externally. We may create aggregated or anonymized datasets for analytics and product improvement that do not identify any client, end user, or business.
AI decision-making principles
AI recommendations must always be reviewable, editable, or overridable by humans. We ensure AI features do not spread misinformation, misrepresent clients or their customers, or enable harmful or illegal activity, and we monitor, audit, and improve AI features to align with evolving ethics and legal requirements. We communicate where AI is used, how it assists, and how clients can manage, disable, or override outputs.
Our position on AI
Altyaa uses AI as a supporting technology, not a replacement for human judgment. We recognize the benefits of automating repetitive tasks, the risks of improper use or over-reliance, and the evolving regulatory environment, and we commit to monitoring AI-related laws, improving safety and transparency, and ensuring AI is used responsibly.
Client responsibilities
Clients and partners agree to use AI-generated outputs only in lawful, compliant, and ethical ways; to review and approve AI-generated posts, edit content before publishing, and ensure compliance with social platform policies; and not to use AI features to create deceptive, harmful, or discriminatory content, circumvent review-site rules, misrepresent individuals or businesses, or generate content that violates applicable laws.
Changes to this policy
Altyaa may modify this AI Policy as AI technology, legal standards, and platform features evolve. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
